What’s the difference between experience sessions and clinical hypnotherapy?
Gift Certificates are for experience sessions such as Sanctuary Sessions and Group Relaxation Circles. These are designed to support relaxation, wellbeing, and personal growth.

Clinical hypnotherapy sessions are therapeutic in nature and require a consultation appointment before booking, to ensure suitability and create a personalised treatment plan. Certificates cannot be redeemed directly for clinical hypnotherapy without a prior consultation.

How do I redeem it?
